This page explains how to request deletion of your AzMailer account and associated data.
How To Request Account Deletion
- If you can sign in to AzMailer, open your account settings and choose Delete account.
- If you cannot sign in, request deletion through our Contact page.
- Include the email address or username for the account you want deleted, and write Delete my AzMailer account in the message.
- For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we complete the deletion request.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile information (such as name and email address)
- Subscriber lists, segments, and related contact fields stored in your account
- Email templates and campaigns created in your account
- Application data associated with your account (settings and preferences)
What Data May Be Retained
- Security and abuse-prevention logs (retained up to 90 days)
- Backup copies (removed on a rolling basis, up to 30 days)
- Records we must keep to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes (where applicable)
How Long Deletion Takes
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. Some retained data (such as backups and security logs) may persist for the retention periods listed above.
Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account
If you want to delete some data but keep your AzMailer account, you can remove subscriber lists and campaigns from within the app when you are signed in. If you need assistance, contact us through the Contact page.
